Point Transfer Question

Here is the scenario:

I have points from Feb 2007 use year that I will transfer to an account with an Aug 2007 use year, same resort. They want to make an April 08 reservation.

When I transfer the points will they go into the Aug 2007 use year or will they have my points with a Feb 2007 use year to deal with?

While the points are supposed to retain your Feb use year, in practice most CM's don't check that really carefully, so they usually end up taking on the use year of the account they are going into. Just to be on the safe side, ask the CM if you should be giving them 2007 or 08 points for their trip.
