POFQ Rehabbed?

Does anyone know if the French Quarter rooms were rehabbed while the resort was closed? I have a ressie for POR this September, but I'm getting nervous about all the negative posts. I would definitely switch to FQ if the rooms have been rehabbed!

We are staying there in October, and have heard nothing about a room rehab. We have heard that there may have been a rehab of the food court, however.

Anyone who stayed there and just returned...can you help us out?

The CM that took my ressies for mid september said that they had just renovated the food court and restaurante. I asked about the rooms and she said she did not think they had done anything to them. Hopefully they are not "musty" smelling after sitting up for 9 months. But, regardless DW and DD and I are looking forward to staying at our second favorite WDW inn.

I stayed at POFQ Friday night. The room I was in (1111) was very clean and smelled wonderful. The bedding was very clean as was the bathroom. However, the room had not been rehabbed. The walls had scuff marks, the carpet had small spots and the furniture had some deep scratches. I was surprised that Disney did not paint the scuffed walls or shampoo the carpet - it would have been the perfect time.

As long as it is cleaned, I'm happy! As for why they didn't rehab it...$$$$$. It would have been a perfect time, though!
