Happy Christmas in August!!

We should have a little Christmas every month!

and this is how NOT to pad post count!

FYI For Southwest Frequent Fliers = Southwest released a 3-day Sale yesterday for bookings between September 7 & December 14th. Check your flights and see if you get any credits.

This didn't help me..but hopefully you may find a August Christmas present of a lower airfare.

I keep looking at flights, hoping the prices will come down. Sadly, we are still driving.:sad2:

My flight going down for the cruise dropped a bit, but that's about all. But hey, I'm not going look a gift horse in the mouth!

Good Morning Everyone. Here's wishing you all a wonderful day. Another cloudy day with some rain...I'll take it over the extreme heat we had last month.

105.5 Days before we leave, 66.5 work days left.

Funny....both my flights for October and December went up.....lol

Happy Hump Day folks! :wave2:

Work is insane as I am changing roles so I have to ramp up the person taking over my current role and then ramp up on my new role at the same time. To quote Teresa..."good times". :surfweb:

Congrats on the bump, Bill! :thumbsup2

Thanks Karen! :goodvibes I am going back to my old job after a 3 year special assignment, but so much has changed I might as well be brand new to the role. :)

We have the opposite situation here in TX as I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy that the summer weather is leaving us. :cool1: You could feel the cooler air blowing through last night and the high today is only supposed to be 88!!! :yay:

Cooler weather means the holidays are coming and that means... :boat:

Hello All! I've been MIA due to work as usual and the kiddies. Between HS cheer and rec cheer as well as school they have me running ALL THE TIME now. Kids...gotta luv 'em! :goodvibes

I know there's no way I can catch up so hope I didn't miss anything to major. Hope everyone is well.

Nothing you won't catch up on from normal chit chat. Hope things slow down a bit once they are only in school.

pirate: All our kids will probably be pirates this year for Halloween. So, I can reuse the costumes for Pirate Night on the cruise. :rotfl:

That being said, we really haven't done any big vacation this year. So we plan to whoop it up in December.:yay:

:surfweb: I was going to type that we haven't gone on any BIG trips this year either. But, then I remembered ABD. :cloud9: How could I forget our magical ABD trip and all the new friends we made. That was NOT cheap. But, well worth it! "Priceless" :wizard: Oh yeah, we went to WDW in February for our "Mulligan" trip. Poor Bill broke his ribs last winter (Ask him how. ;) ) and reinjured it on our first night at WDW in November. So, we went back in February making sure he was all healed to ride RNR and EE. :woohoo: We took it easy at DAP in December and only rode TSM four times.

Going on this cruise was not even a thought to me until we went on the ABD trip. I didn't think it was feasible because we planned to spend Christmas at WDW. Being the good hubby Bill is, he made it work. Thank you honey! You don't know how much I appreciate having a Disney husband. I'm glad I'm not alone in my obsession. :rotfl2: If we're not at Disney or haven't just been to Disney, we're planning on how to get back to WDW. It just feels like "home" to us. I know there are lots of people on the boards that feel the same way. Once you've been hit with the Disney magic ... it's all over! :wizard:

:goodvibes Jennifer

Good morning everyone - glad it's Thursday and we have a long weekend as it's a bank holiday Monday :cool1:
