We don't have meetings - but we compensate with a lot of "Nobody told me!"

Dreaming of a week with no meetings.

BTW - I still hear "Nobody told me"!

Worked this morning and then took Kara to a dentist appointment but the migraine overtook me and I crashed. Just woke up to no roaring head so all is much better.

I had a meeting this afternoon that was so bad (disagreeable and disagreeing attendees) it made my eyes feel like they were going to pop out from the pressure.

It is 4:56 p.m. and I'm loggin off. That's enough for one day.

I'm kind of hearing crickets. Is everyone okay?

Hi Todd!

I have been out of town at a family reunion. 145 Italians in one place!

I will be around when I catch up on the work I missed!

Reminds me of the movie I saw tonight.
"Beetle Queen Conquers Tokyo"
http://www.beetlequeen.com/home.html

Working backwards through history, Beetle Queen Conquers Tokyo explores the mystery of the development of Japan’s love affair with bugs. Using nsects like an anthropologist’s toolkit, the film uncovers Japanese philosophies that will shift Westerners’ perspectives on nature, beauty, life, and even the seemingly mundane realities of their day-to-day routines.

Okay documentary, but at two hours long, it needed a much stronger hand a editing!

Half way through the film festival. :cool1:

Five days - Fourteen movies!

For an amusing break tomorrow night, Julie Haggarty will be there introduce "Airplane!" I need some good laughs.

I won't be home until after 11:00. Will anyone still be in chat?

Good morning everyone

Not sure where the time went last night, got home did dinner and some jobs and then time for bed :confused3 Feel completely exhausted - wish it was Friday
It pretty much rained all day yesterday which was good for the plants, looks like it'll be a bit brighter today.

Have a good one

Morning all! Happy Wednesday!

Happy to say that my headache of the last three days appears to have cleared. Usualy course of migraine for me.

We had RAIN last night. We so needed a good rain or two or three. It was really dry. Of course now the grass may grow again which means cutting it:rotfl:

Hope everyone has a great day! Very long day at work for me, highly doubtful I will venture over to chat tonight.

Hey Todd. :wave2: How's life treating you these days? :goodvibes

Pretty good, Paul. Just working to pass the time until I get to go on vacation again. :)

145 Italians all in one place....isn't that called a counsel or a meeting of the families or something? Was it busted up by the FBI?

Glad your headache is finally gone, Anne. The rain we had started the grass greening up and growing again here too. Yay. Back to mowing.

Hello Everyone...happy Wednesday and Podcast Day. Hope ya'll have a great day. We are suppose to get some rain today...we really need it.

Good Morning Everyone!! Happy Wednesday!!

I doubt, I will be in Chat tonight due to Vacation Bible School. I might jump in a say Hello, but I won't be able to stay.

Got a good amount of rain yesterday morning and early afternoon - now the Super Hot and Steamy Weather begins today and tomorrow.

Happy Hump Day folks! :wave2:

Was supposed to rain last nite but it held off. We're trying to decide whether to pull the trigger on renting a 40 foot boom lift, starting this Friday, so we can prep and paint the tall parts of the house. Having never done this before, it will likely prove to be a "learning experience". :rolleyes1 :rotfl2: The weather looks iffy and of course the forecasts here aren't reliable even for 2days out, let alone 10 :rotfl:

Sounds like everyone's having a tough week! :grouphug: Here's hoping the rest of the week is fab! pixiedust:

cheers,
:flower3:

Glad to hear your head is better

Yey, rain for the plants but more work for us  I'm glad I cut down a lot of the weeds in the garden or they would triple the height by now!

Is it not easier to hire someone to do this? You wouldn't catch me 40 foot up in the air :scared1: I'm bad enough on ladders. I hope it works out ok though - we always seem to have unexpected problems with DIY

Whoa! Am I ever tired!!!
The movies have my sleeping meesed up. Sometimes I nap a little during a movie. Bawb would approve, I am sure. Then I get home late, and I can't get to sleep. Now I am at work and I am super tired!

Just a reminder....its about 75 days until the final payment needs to be made for the cruise....
