Not sure how y'all handle things in Texas, but it isn't necessarily food that will wrap him around your pinky....:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Food doesn't do it in my house either.. A trip to Best Buy on the other hand :love::love:

Congrats Todd!

Well....just browsing the PCC 2.0 threads, without knowing anyone, you might get that we are polygamists, gluttons obsessed with cake AND pie, drunkards, cougars, willing to shove children in lockers, and a few other things.

I don't find any of that questionable.

I find it fits me quite well.

I think that is a far description of our group and I also see nothing wrong with it ;)

Yeah, that Aaron is a real trouble maker! ;)

Good afternoon everyone! The girls are home from grandma and grandpa's house.

I'm asking for a few prayers and pixie dust for Emilie. She has to have an endoscopy bright and early tomorrow morning. She has been dealing with acid reflux for what we thought was off and on the last few years. But, I'm thinking it has probably been more on than off, and she has just adapted to it. They are going to put her to sleep for the procedure, and while it's a very minor procedure, we'll still a little concerned with the outcome and just the whole experience. Emilie has no fear, and she is very scared about tomorrow.

Thanks!

 and pixiedust: for Emilie - hope all goes well

Will be thinking of you and Emilie tomorrow - I know it's difficult to have a child put under anesthesia. Hopefully they will find the issue and everything will be fine.

:wave2: Hi All!

:rolleyes1 I can't believe this is the first time I have posted on this thread. I just spent an hour reading this one thread. :surfweb: I can't believe you are already on Part 3!!!!

:goodvibes Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. :wave2: Glad you decided to join the thread. I'm pretty sure Bill has already been here. Will have to check the poster list.

Don't be a stranger.

Hope all goes well for Emilie.

Just try to relax and let the medical folks do what they do best.

Oh, almost forgot.

I just got a $100 Southwest credit on our 2.0 flights. :cool1:

You are now free to take yourself to dinner! :woohoo:

Mmm, chips (fries) and mayo :goodvibes The waffles are so good in Belgium. Where abouts did you live?

I lived in Brussels for two years and Sterrebeek for two years. It was weird moving from a French speaking city to a Flemish speaking town. My Step-Dad worked at NATO. I'm an "Army Brat". I spent all four years of High School in Belgium. My graduating class had 21 people. I just went to my nephews graduation here in Texas. There were over 800 Graduates. :scared1: Makes me very appreciative of my time at Brussels American HS. I still have friends from my time there. I know DH probably gets tired of hearing all the stories. But, it was such an amazing experience. We have plans to "hop the pond" in the future with the kids. DS10 has a fascination with the Eiffel Tower. So, there are plans for a trip to Paris and Disneyland Paris. Of course, we'll have to pop over to Belgium. I keep telling DH that the Belgian waffles at the street vendors are NOT like the Belgian waffles we have here in the states. They are so sweet and yummy fresh there. Okay, my mouth is drooling. I want one!!!!! We're waiting on an overseas trip until DS4 is old enough to really appreciate the trip. I have 2013 penciled on the calendar. (It was 2012. But, we now have Disneyland California penciled on the calendar for the opening of Cars Land. I want to get there before DS4 isn't into Cars anymore.)

Thanks I didn't know about being able to see the parade and fireworks the next week. We were thinking of doing MVMCP but may leave it and plan a night at MK later on. We're staying until the 28th - where are you staying?

Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade is during the daytime starting on December 20th at 3 PM. It changes to 3:30 PM on 12/25. SpectroMagic is the nightly parade at 9 PM. Holiday Wishes is nightly starting December 20th at 10 PM. It changes to 8:30 PM on December 30th.

We are moving around a lot in December while at WDW ...

12/11 - 12/12 AKV - Jambo House
12/16 - 12/19 AKV - Kidani Village
12/19 - 12/24 BWV
12/24 - 12/27 Dolphin (Out of DVC points and had to pay cash for Christmas. :santa:)

Best wishes to Emilie. Kids are tough, she'll be fine. You guys keep your chin up! :goodvibes

Todd - Eclipse is worth a solo trip to the theater - especially since you're Team Jasper. (Think flashbacks with him on horseback in his Confederate uniform.)

It is AWESOME! Much better than the first two.

 and pixiedust: to Miss Emilie! Little Miss Rheya had/has very bad acid reflux issues...no fun at all. She is now 3 and still can't do pizza, spaghetti or BBQ stuff. No fun for kids that's for sure.
