PO Riverside Pool Rehab?

Hi there,

I've read bits about the pool at POR being rehabbed but haven't found a whole lot when trying a search. Can anyone tell me when this is being done? Now? When it is to be completed and what they are doing?

It is slated to begin January 8, and could last up to 8 weeks.

Well, some of the things I heard when we were there in October, is that they are putting in a new, better slide, and they are completely replacing the bridge that crosses the pool.

Yes, they are extending the slide. This slide is a blast to begin with, so I can't imagine it getting even better! Also, they are adding some of those spurty fountains you see at Epcot, the ones the kids play in. It sounds really great.

Thank you. My DS's spring break is mid march and I was thinking of a trip for just he and I at a moderate. I hope the pool will be done by then!
