PMSers Unite!

Sofa prison, huh? I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere, but I'm too brain-dead to think of one! I hope you're hanging in there ok and haven't had much pain.

I haven't been here in ages, but I'm happy to see this on page 1 :hyper:

We are doing ok. Thinking about bringing Jake on a very budget trip to WDW. He has been asking and asking and I think he could really use it right about now. He's adjusted pretty well to all the changes in his life, but I can tell that he's also trying to keep up a brave front. A mommy/son trip might be in the cards, assuming I can get a decent airfare and room.

Do it, Tig! We are going in October.

I'm trying to figure out how to squeeze a trip in before the end of August. I still have some points to burn. Wish I knew when my hubby was coming home. :headache:

4s, catch me up to date on the baby! When did that happen? I'm assuming you're the grandmother. ;)

My sweet peanut! He was born March 28 after making us wait 10 days! Silly little bug. I was up there with them both as she asked if I would be in the delivery room with her. :love: Like I would say no!!

His name is Marshall Donald. Donald was Alicias dads name. He unfortunately died a few months before the baby was born. Marshall was 8.9 pounds and 20 inches long, so he a certainly done cooking! ;)

I miss him terribly but I'll be going up next month for a visit and when I do I don't think I'll be putting him down. I want to go blow raspberries on his tummy!

He's some pictures;

In the first one he has a little splint on his arm because Alicia developed a fever during labor so they had to give him a few courses of antibiotics just in case.

4's, Marshall is a beauty! I love the one with the golf cap! :cloud9:

Ok details! :yay:

My girlfriend (Judy) and I started going to Disney World back in 1984 when her daughter was just 3 yrs old and my kids were 7, 9, and 11. We went every year for a lot of years. We haven't been there together for over ten years.

So she's taking her 5 yr old granddaughter and I'm taking Olivia (she'll be 4 then). We are staying at Pop, going to MNSSHP, doing the Bippity Boppity Boutique, and having breakfast in the castle with the Princesses.

Wait till you see the outfits I've ordered for the girls! So cute! I'll see if I can figure out how to post them.

That sounds like so much fun Teva. I'd love to see the costumes.:yay::yay:

So in true grandma form, I taught myself to crochet ('cause that's what grandma's do. ;)) I made him a cute blanket for when he was born and now I'm starting these adorable cowboy boots and hat. Picked up a sweet little plaid shirt and some material to make a 'cowhide' vest for it. A little Woddyesque. Hopefully I won't botch it up too badly. :rotfl:
