It's great to see you ladies. I got my meatloaf in the oven and now I'm killing time until it's time for the mashed potatoes.

Kate: I start my new job on the 21st. Not looking forward to working again. Not sure how I'll like teaching pre-K after teaching Kindergarten.

Listen to you, you little dinner overachiever you . I imagine that pre-K is an adjustment from kindergarten (kids change so much in the first few years its amazing). Zack starts pre-K (preschool) in September. Do you have any tips for me?

I hope everyone is doing alright. I have had a day from ........ (lets just say that the hills are not alive with the sound of music around here). Please don't get me wrong with everything going on in the world today, my pathetic little rant is not worth the page space but still I'm just frustrated.
Picture if you will: 8 little kids 6 years old and younger, family pictures, and a trashy SIL . If you want to know more, let me know- it's not a pretty picture .

Oh come on, we can always use a good in law story!! At least I know I can. Then maybe I will not feel so bad about mine!

Well lets see. I had crabs and gave them to everyone at the pool. I have the hots for the office supply delivery guy and that's about it.



The crabs we ate at a birthday party for my friends 11yo and then we went to the pool. With the minds on here they went straight to the gutter with that one.

And the delivery guy, I have had to order so many office supplies in the last week he was here every day and then twice on Monday, they screwed up my order and sent him back to fix it. I did feel bad about that at first because I thought he had to come all the way here from downtown Baltimore near rush hour, but I found out that the warehouse is only about 10 min. from here. He and I were joking around yesterday about people were gonna talk about us if I kept this up. I absolutely refuse to order anything from there for at least a week.

Here's a funny one though. Today I am on the phone and he walks into my office with a delivery box. I about had a heart attack, I thought he was bringing it to me and he was gonna think something was up. He was trying to find out where the person who ordered it was and he couldn't find the main admin. to ask her so he came to me. I know my face was beet red.

Oh come on, we can always use a good in law story!! At least I know I can. Then maybe I will not feel so bad about mine!

Tell you what, I'll PM you the details. I don't know where the "little sweetheart" lurks at, plus this way I can use really nasty language to describe the whole disaster .

Oh, you've been busy! The crabs and the pool thing makes me think of the movie "Drop Dead Gorgeous", the scene where the whole pageant gets food posioning from the seafood buffet. As for the delivery guy, you know you're going to need new pens by the end of the week .

I just got off the phone with Dave, and he is scheduled to leave Heathrow @ 6:30 EST (give or take, I'm sure), with hopes to be home by late night/early moring hours. He is fine, as are all--just a lot of tired, cranky, frustrated, and yet very grateful people.

Unbelievable how such hatred exists in these inhuman, murdering, terrorist monsters. It is truly beyond my comprehension.
