Also there is a note. It says 'I want to break the ToT record with you, really I do, but that is not what this vacation is about.' <----in my world you can write animated smilies on your notes.

Hi friends

I see we're living in Bomb's world today. Right on.

I'm just dropping by for a minute. It's been a busy day - church this morning, then home for lunch, assembled a pot of chili, cleaned up the kitchen (ugh) and now in 10 minutes hubby and I have to leave to go back up to the church to get some arrangements worked out for the band for our Christmas Eve service. This will be followed by choir practice, and then coming home to collapse!

This morning in church, the pastor was talking about forgiveness and asked the question, "How many of you have ever messed up?" I had been writing a note about his previous point in the margin of my Bible, and didn't really realize that everyone was raising their hands on this one, and I didn't raise mine. Hubby had raised his, though, so I looked at him and whispered, in a sarcastic tone, pretending to be shocked at the very idea of him ever messing up, "You?". At the exact same moment, he was looking at me and said, "Not you?"

Second batch of cookies are in the oven and then they need to cool so I can glaze them. Then off to the party. Let's see if I can win the door prize again this year. Oh, I should shower first.


ETA, Pixie, all of my kids asked me if I found a Wii when I got back from Target. LOL
