Thanks for the info Myst. I looked at both Guitar Hero and Rock Whatever-- the other one but realized that they were probably outside of our budget and I really don't think DH would play with them enough to get our money worth. I also think we have a plain XBOX and not a 360 so I dont' think they will work on our system anyway.

Back to the drawing board to find him a present. I really have no idea. He buys himself everything he wants. And all of his hobbies are out of my intelligence level--I don't know enough to buy him things he would like.

Exactly the reason DH and I don't exchange anymore. He gets gifts for me from the girls and I get him some, from the girls, but that is it. We spend like $20!

Good evening everyone. So far tonight with the parents we have covered how on Earth I can possibly afford these trips, why my child is hopelessly behind in Kindergarten and how on earth a TEACHER could allow this and not catch him up......and some wonderful materials have been brought to me to aid me in this plan, since obviously I just must not be trying hard enough, we have discussed that their new carpet is a darker color so it won't show dirt as easily as mine does, that my mantel is crowded and not decorated well, that the soup was delicious and when I pointed out dh made that the comment was "of course", that I won't lose weight with all these cokes in the house and have I SEEN the pics of my SIL who lost 150 lbs? She looks FABULOUS......., that the trees my dad sent can't be killed by him no matter what he does, so we must not have watered them for them to die here, despite us assuring him we did, that our tree looks all right for an artificial tree if you really are too lazy to get a real one, that it's just too bad my kids have to grow up never seeing the stars outside, and that my giving my child a peanut butter sandwich instead of soup at dinner is going to turn him into a criminal because somehow or other it translates into him not being able to wait to buy things when he gets the money for them.

scrappy - honestly rock band is a little pricey but it's family fun. I would recommend it.

facebook - my relatives kept sending me invites blah, blah blah. Now that I get it I like it. Let's put it this way. Myster had not had a great week right. Aimee sent him something this morning that made him laugh and smile and rethink the negative. She threw something at him. ok no big deal. but it was to him today.

Back from the football game! They won and now get to play at Ravens Stadium in Baltimore.

Was an hour late getting to it though. Oldest DGS was at a wrestling tourny today and was supposed to be back at the HS by 7:00. That was when the game was supposed to start. His mom and little brother and I, dad and middle brother went on to the game, waited until 8 then said forget it and headed for the game.

We missed all the excitement at the field. Medivac helicopter landed at the field next to the one the football game was being played on. Friends poor DH was worried about us, he couldn't get through to my cell.

The boys played a great game and are so excited that they get to play where the pro's play.

Forgot to say that the wrestling tourny ran late, one of the wrestlers broke his arm and they had to call an ambulance. They called the friends DH but he couldn't call us to tell us that.
