Umm, OK, are we supposed to make the little ones wait? Zoe too couldn't wait, so I let her open one of her four that she got today from Molly! She of course LOVES it!

How are we doing the little kids on this??

Froggy posted at the CH about opening as we get them, since everyone's schedules are whack. We haven't opened yet, as we are waiting on DD10's.

Froggy posted at the CH about opening as we get them, since everyone's schedules are whack. We haven't opened yet, as we are waiting on DD10's.

Glad I saw this because I thought we'd decided to have a party close to Christmas and have everyone available on MSN like we did for Ash's shower.

So all right, you won't believe this one, because, well, it's unbelievable!

We are driving home, and Thing 2 asks me who was born in 1359. I said, "I don't know, maybe Galileo?" And I am pronouncing it Gali-lay-o.

So dh says, "What did he do anyway, say the world was round?"

And I said, "No, that was Christopher Columbus."

And he says, "Dummy, Christopher Columbus discovered America."

"Oh yeah. Well Galileo discovered the universe or something."

Dh says, "He was an astronomer."

"Isn't that what I said?"

So Thing 2 says, "No he was a lion."

"No, baby, he wasn't a lion, he was a man."

"No, mom, he was a lion, because he has leo in his name, and that means lion."

Okay, the child is 5, and we were saying lay-o, not lee-o. Kinda freaks me out sometimes the things that come from his mouth!

I'm cool either way. I kinda like the idea of a party, but if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Maybe we can do a combo....plan a party date/time and then post everything at the CH as well.

Of course we could have had it with any and everyone that could have been there.

I put the lollipops in there for the 3 kids. Guess I could have explained that. And of course the chocolate for the adults unless you want to share. I bought all of your stuff at WDW.

I want a present party, so I will hold off on mine. I think I am going to let the kids opens theirs though. I worry if I make them wait and we don't end up with a party that it will lose it's appeal to them. Z was SO excited tonight to get that package! I let her open the one up and she had to sit down to stamp with every single stamp in the set.
