Good morning, my friends. I mailed out my Christmas stuff yesterday priority, so it should be there shortly. I need to pick up one more gift today for my mom, and I am DONE.

My ddil wanted Egyptian cotton sheets for Christmas. So they came yesterday, she washed and dried them, put them on their bed and last night Makayla puked all over them.

We have a few holiday parties this weekend, but there's supposed to be freezing rain later today, so I think we're going to skip tonight's party. It's the "nicest" of the three parties, with great food and lots of drinks (with a real bartender), but I would only be going for that reason and Ron would be going to network. Yay for bad weather! The first party is an open house at the new house of people in our congregation and I used to know her years ago from MOMS Club. And tomorrow's party is more of a baseball party, so the real fun one.

She's fine. I asked her a little while ago if she wanted me to make her toast for her tummy and she said "No thank you, we're going out for breakfast."

I'm pretty sure that the people I'd be hanging with today are not the jello shot kind of people. I did buy some supplies for jello shots yesterday. Maybe that would get you (and some others) down here in January if I offered to make jello shots for us.
