4's from someone who has suffered from major general travel anxiety (planes, trains, automobiles and anything that may make me ill) I can see why you are feeling the way you are. I was at the point that I never thought I could move around nomrally again. It was bad. The medication will work. It will calm your fears and the physical symptoms it causes. The only thing you may want to add is some type of anti-nauseant if you are making your stomach ill with worry.

My dad died when he was 58 yrs old from lung cancer. I will always remember the minister at his service saying that he was in a place now where there were no more tubes, or needles, tests, or pain. So is your mom. She's in a better place than she would be now here with you. Unfortunately, it's the people that's left behind that are hurting and grieving.

Your memories of your mom will eventually over power the pain. It's going to take time though.

Caro just called to let us know that her mother died a few minutes before. She is so appreciative of all the texts, calls, and prayers. Now her mom is at peace, but of course it's so hard on the family. I told her that all of our arms are around her right now and I know that does help tremendously.

I'm having a rough time over here. As the day is getting closer I'm getting much more anxious, to the point its waking me up and I feel sick. I honestly don't know if I can do this. How sad am I?

Angel, it has nothing to do with meeting any of you. Thats the part I'm looking forward to. I honestly do not know if I can get on that plane by myself. Just thinking about it is making me so anxious.

Only an hour and a half and you'll be with me 4's. A nice little Xanax and you'll be flying in no time.
