I don't want to pack the kids back into the car and drive alllllllll the way back to base and go to Scouts.

It's the beginning of a 3 day weekend, and I just want to open a bottle of wine and relax. Ds and dh are going on the camp out Saturday night (it is butt cold here) so I know I need to go.

Why can't dh ever be home from work?

Oh, and hi everyone.

Oh, he just called and said I'd have to meet him there...so I guess I can drive all the way there and pick up some pizza...

Man, I wish it would get cooler here. I'm sick and tired of summer. Granted, it's only in the 80's today, but I'd be soooo happy with a crisp day where it doesn't get out of the 60's or low 70's. I want cool weather so I can make chili and hot chocolate and really feel like it's the right time of the year to be having them. I want to not feel damp every time I walk outside because the humidity is at 190%. I want to wear a long sleeved shirt. I want to take a really long walk without feeling sticky and hot when I get done. I want to stop hearing the damn ice cream truck outside my house three times a day. I want the crunch of fallen leaves under my feet. I want my nose to get cold when I stand outside in the wind. I want to bundle up in a sweater and roast marshmallows over a campfire. I WANT FALL.

Rant over. Back to your regularly scheduled PMSing.

I don't feel good. I am so sleepy I can barely stay awake and have no energy. My chest is also feeling tight.

I felt this way yesterday too. Is it possible for the flu shot to do this to me?

OK...I was supposed to be less busy today but I'm just now getting a chance to eat...first food I've had in 24 hours (with the exception of my ice cream last night...that's all I had the energy to eat).

Since I figured I'd pass out if I didn't eat, I went up and got myself a sandwich...I'll make a decision later if I still need the popcorn.
