Oh, this lady booked a cruise, and then wanted to add others, etc. Well, the others couldn't get the great deal she got, which she was all stressed out about...NOT my fault. Still an amazing deal though. Now, she hasn't bothered to call me with her payment and lost her cabin, so she is going to have to pay the higher price as well. She is going to be POed. I should have called her and called her over this. I left it up to her to call me back though. UGH!

How swollen? Is there any bruising? If it's real swollen and there is bruising you need to call the doc...
