DD just booked Gear Fusion for November and says that WDWTT works as well.gfLabor10 for 10% off, you are welcome
What are the advantages of Gear Fusion over Uber or Lyft?
When I travel with my crew of 4 adults with large suitcases it’s the guaranteed SUV and the good odds of a safe driver. We tried rideshares but too many times ordering an XL and getting something technically qualifying but so small we ended up with carry-ons in our laps sealed that deal. What are the advantages of Gear Fusion over Uber or Lyft?

Just pointing out $90 is their base price. If you have a bigger family and more luggage it will cost more. But, it's more expensive. Although even w/out a discount GearFusion is $90 one way which is not bad at all.
This is correct—booked for our trip in 2 weeks and we have 5 with a lot of luggage. I think we’re paying $120.Just pointing out $90 is their base price. If you have a bigger family and more luggage it will cost more
I think you can still cancel and then rebook with the code @CarolynFH posted to save a bit. This is correct—booked for our trip in 2 weeks and we have 5 with a lot of luggage. I think we’re paying $120.
As for Minnie Van service from MCO, would definitely book the accessible MV when the day come my mom has her own ECV.
And it was a flat rate of $20 to/from the parks or anywhere on property. That was short lived! lolHeck I remember when they first started the service period it was only deluxes and not even Swan/Dolphin.
Personally Tiffany is enough of a splurge for us but I can see why people would go for this.
Same for us. We used them Sept 2024 and they did not meet us a baggage claim. The driver texted us when we landed and hadn't even made us to the gate. He asked us to meet him (after we retrieved our luggage) at the Starbucks in the airport. I just assumed it was hit or miss as to whether they would meet you at baggage claim. That said, we would 100% use them again. This was just in April of 2025. They did not meet me at baggage claim.

I see Gear Fusion had a drop down yes or no box for meet n greet.
Personal decision.Oh I didn't see that! I'm assuming ours defaulted to "no" then.
Is it something we should change and have them meet us at baggage claim? Or is it just as easy to find them wherever they park? We don't really need help with luggage.
I flew from Connecticut cheaper than that....ouch!DH found the article and confirmed the $199 each way.
