He's Coco. I also have an Africn Grey (timneh) named Dusty, 2 cobalt maked lovebirds, a nanday conure, and 2 budgies.

We have (actually my husband has) two love birds. Tinkerbell and Bandit. Bandit is masked.

Are you English or you just prefer budgerigar to parakeet? Or is there an actual difference?

If you do the vinegar, it has to be the only thing with them.

The gravy and cheese go together. It's a French Canadian thing I picked up living in Maine. Gooood stuff.

Parakeets are a bit larger, similar in size to a quaker parrot or conure.

But most people call budgies parakeets

Mmm, homemade fries would be delicious. I can't whip up a rump roast to make fresh gravy, so that will have to be a mix, but I have that. And cheese. And margaritas. Hmmm. I so wish I was on vacation already. I would so have an improomptu little party. I'm halfway between you and David

I had the best budgie, I suppose I must call him now. He was all white, and I named him Jasper. He sang the Cops theme. He said my name and his, and "Jasper is a pretty bird". He loved to free fly and sit on my head or my shoulder. If he sat on my shoulder he gave me bird kisses. Loved him much, I did.

My cat pees on throw rugs. Not the carpet though, just throw rugs and in open laundry baskets if they are left out with clothes in. I did not know that meant he needed antidepressants. I thought it just meant he was confused about where to pee.

Ah it wasn't that bad. Just makes you really feel for ones like Lara, who have it to deal with more often and to such a greater degree. Because it isn't just dealing with him being sick, but then worrying about him being sick (and I know it's just a virus and still I worry) makes it doubly difficult.

You get used to it when it happens all the time...we barely pause when we get puke here....let's face it, this is the House of Puke. You do worry, no matter what is wrong with them you always worry.

Geez, guys. We just ate dinner, and I came here to read back a few pages and I'm hungry again. Not hungry, exactly, but I really want fries and chocolate milk shakes and bacon.

I think you also need to pee on socks and other soft things to get the drugs!
