I'm waiting to see if the second dose of Relpax helps. Not doing well. Didn't even make it to get Jake from the bus, but thankfully he doesn't care.

Oh, and my ortho now thinks I have torn cartilage in my knee. Gee, ya think? I told you that 2 weeks ago when you gave me that shot from hell! I have an MRI tomorrow for that. If it really is torn it will require surgery which from what I've read is isn't bad. An outpatient procedure with a fairly short recovery time and my other drs have already said something like that would be safe for me to have. I see the ortho again Weds afternoon for results so I'll probably know then what the plan is.

Myst, I must have missed it somewhere. I knew your Dh had medical problems but I've never known what exactly it is.

Shug, glad the plumbing is working better. My DH had arthroscopic knee surgery last spring for torn cartilage. It was same day surgery and his recovery was pretty quick. The 1st night he slept downstairs but after that he was able to go up/down the stairs w/o too much trouble. He was out of work for a week and then went back with a brace on. He did physical therapy for a few months but was pretty much able to get around as needed.

DH wants me to go get my knee looked at since I hurt it when I fell ice skating. At one point I couldn't really bend it and it was weak. I upped my weights at the gym and hope it'll heal itself. I have good movement in it and I'm not in pain. So for now ignorance is bliss.

I almost posted on that thread this morning that I was CHOOSING to give up men. Didn't know how it would go over.

Hey folks coming to the meet, I have been meaning to ask you, if you have any McDonald's type toys or other fast foody things........or any dollar store type toys, or even toys your kids got that they never opened or rarely played with, my 20 coin treasure basket needs replenishing. My kids earn coins on a variable reinforcement schedule "caught being good" or "going above and beyond"............my 5 coin chest has plenty of tiny things.........but my bigger stuff in my 20 basket is getting so skimpy, the last kid to earn 20 elected to wait until "you get some better stuff".

Not hugey stuff..........just like, small plushies teeth, sticker packs, printed pencil packs, those fast food size toys.

Target has tons of Peeps, I don't know about Dome ones though. Maybe you could pick up some packages of chicks and bunnys and take them to dinner. Get a booster seat though since they're so little and make sure to take pictures .
