Just thought I would help Herc out by posting that. ;)

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Just for kicks I expedia'd and travelocity'd and nwa'd to see how much it would be from Twin Cities to Sharm El Sheikh. Apparently I can't get there from here.:confused3

I just tried travelocity.... Philly to cairo $3200 rt!!!!! wow.:scared1:

Does anyone have any chicken soup and tea? Maybe some crackers? My tummy hurts. I've got a headache and I'm cranky. And I want to kick this CNA who thinks she's a compassionate soul but is just a condescending witch. Can you tell I'm not enjoying this today?

So......we're on our way to pick up Oreo this morning and about half way there the vet calls us. She was perfect at 7am and at 7:30 she had a respiratory crisis. They had the critical care team working on her but it was REALLY bad. By the time we got there they knew it was septic shock. VERY sudden...VERY dangerous. Blood transfusion, massive antibiotics and in an oxygen tent. We were not allowed to see her and now I'm just waiting to hear. I'm such a mess. Poor Brett is beside himself...was so looking forward to his kitty coming home this morning.

Just needed to get it out.

 I'm sure I have some crackers...but all I have is Campbells.

AWwww Lisa.

Now I just wonder if Shug is going to remember that she once again promised me my cookies! She said she was going to bake them today, but then changed to this week. Paige also told me I was one of her favorites!

Slight emergency Caro. Unfortunately, no one got the baked goods I had promised for the meet. But a friend in need was definitely my highest priority. Baking shall commence today. I also owe Tiffer bread and Paigey Waigey cranberry oatmeal cookies but I don't know when she'll be home yet!

I know what you mean, Luv. I'm all talk but when it really comes down to it..I totally freak. I wanted so badly to go to this one. I was going to force my xanaxed self to go.

I did it Teva, you can too. I drove totally UNMEDICATED because I knew I'd be drinking. But don't think I didn't pop a xanny or 2 on the sly ;) And yes, even though I was flashing, licking and toe nibbling, I had my shy moments.

If we have a NYC meet, I've got to figure out alternate transport. There is absolutely no way I could drive. Not even as far as MD. Maybe a train or bus?

You owe me NOTHING!!! Silly woman. And take the Bus to MD and drive the rest of the way with Tig. OR if Scrappy comes, hitch a ride with her.

LBelle, I'm so sorry about your kitty.   I know it's extra hard thinking that you were going to pick her up.

Shug, sorry you're feeling lousy.

They'll taste all the better when I finally get them!

Off to PT now, after doing all my regular work at work last night(no more restrictions!!!) for the first time since Jan 8th, my foot is really sore.
