Wanted to tell you some crappy news.
As I originally posted. Last week, Tuesday, my mom was on her dialysis machine. Apparently she started choking and was without oxygen for 15 - 20 minutes (no one knows for sure cuz the techs werent near by and other patients had to call for help)
She went to the ER - her heart stopped, they restarted it. They needed to do dialysis on her while she was out - but anytime they attempted to, her body just couldnt hack it. Her B/P would drop LOW, and her pulse would either race, or slow down - but long story-short. She never regained conciousness, and passed away on Saturday evening.
I was with her - I actually held her head, and told her we'd be okay, that I'd take care of the boys, and I was okay and she could go be with her father - and her blood pressure zero'd out, along with her heart rate. It was strange - but felt *really good* and peaceful when it happened.
Sooooo - Im sad. Im doing okay though. It was HARD telling the boys. Oh my God it was hard - but I think we're all gonna be okay. We have to be - I told her we would.
