My Brother and I were together on a small cruise ship in the 90's on the Pacific Coast. There was one night that was particularly choppy. I remember having to hold onto the railings when walking down the halls. It didn't bother either of us very much. We had a late dinner time and by the time it came around, we were always starving. Well, that night we made our way to the Dining Room and had noticed that the room seemed to be emptier and quieter than usual, but again, we were hungry. Ordered our meal and began to shovel it in. After a short time we began to feel like we were being watched. Looking about we realized that there were not many people in the room that were eating much and they all seemed to be wondering why the ships movements were not affecting our appetites at all.
