Hi All,
This is our first visit to WDW and I have a couple of questions I was hoping someone might know (and share) the answer to! Please!
We are going January of 2015 and staying our first 8 nights at POR, then 3 nights at a Universal hotel and then 5 nights at GFV.
Total of 16 nights. I have purchased APs over the phone and was given a confirmation number.
1) I understand that at 180 days I can phone and book for first 10 days of our trip. When can I make reservations for day 11 thru 16? Do I have to do those last days one day at a time as I reach the 180 day mark for each one?
2) When I purchased the APs over the phone from Disney they told me all I need is a confirmation number which they gave to me verbally. The charge was definitely put through on my credit card and I was able to register the confirmation number on MDE. I find it odd that you don't receive any sort of confirmation email or receipt. Then on a subsequent call to Disney I was told my someone else that they would be mailing me a voucher (I'm in Canada). Does anyone know if I will be mailed something? And If they do mail you something do you have to take that somewhere before you can check into your hotel? Go on rides? Or is it all automatically registered somehow on your magic bands that you get when you arrive at your first hotel? I hope I'm making sense.... I know I'm confused on this one.
