please review my TS meals

so i thought i would have until mid october to make my ADRs so i could take time to get comfortable with my plans but now i have heard that i need to call this weekend so could you please review my itineray and make any suggestions about my TS selections. Traveling are me, 29, and my DD, turing 4 during the trip. we have the basic dining plan and are staying at POP

Arrival Day 2/10 - Chef Mickeys @620 (already booked)
MK 2/11 - celebrating DD birthday today even though it isnt till the last day of the trip
trying to get BBB @ opening 800 i think

return to hotel

Epcot 2/12 - RD and tour
lunch @ Sunshine Seasons
return to hotel
trying for Coral Reef @ 530
tour a little bit after till DD ready to go (no illuminations)

AK 2/13 - trying for Tuskerhouse Safari Breakfast @ opening 740 i think

dinner at POP

MK 2/14 - breakfast at Mainstreet Bakery

It looks great! I really like your touring style too, reminds me of my own (which I picked up from a touring site that I joined)

Try the frenchtoast loaf at Main St Bakery.

coral reef by and large does not get the best reviews... I know many will chime in and say it was great and the most wonderful meal ever... but, by and large the reports are not as good as ohter restaurants in Epcot You might enjoy Le Chefs De France.
