Would love your thoughts and advice on my 2 day plan. I tried to minimize crisscrossing, but it gets hard when you're trying please a teenager and a 7yo. We didn't get to Buzz, so if you see a way to get all of us to Buzz at some point, I'd love to know what I'm missing. Thanks in advance!

Personally, I never burn a FP before lunch.

7 Dwarfs will be quite a wait by the time you get done with bfast. more that 10 minutes for sure
they rest of your plans will be backed up

I forgot to mention it's a 9:00 park open. Will 7DMT still be backed up at 8:45?

Since you're planning on Chef Mickey's doing the Pete's Silly Sideshow seems a bit redundant.
When we did Chef Mickey's we had Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto. So unless they're huge Daisy fans I'd skip that and go to Buzz with everyone.

And in that 10:35 slot on day 2 where you're looking for something I'd recommend Philharmagic (must do for us!) and/or tea cups. Both never have more than 15 min wait so you could maybe do both.

How I attack Disney is skip the big Breakfast, eat a quick one in room, be there at rope drop. Attack park early on. Head back to room for mid day break. Head back to park in the afternoon, use my FP's then, then eat dinner there or head back in the evening and eat somewhere else.

Ditto to comments about 7 Dwarfs. Also, you'll get in line at 8:45 but they won't open the ride until 9 so figure you won't be done with that until around 9:15 if you're close to the front. 1 ride on Space Mtn for the boys at 9:20 will take about an hour, they should meet back up with you at 10:15 (this is a peak season and park is listed as crowd level of 8). Getting those prime spots for the parade--figure you'll need to claim them a good 45 minutes before it starts. Day 2--it will take closer to 30-45 minutes to get in the park and ride Thunder Mtn. Then Splash Mtn. at 9:30 might be another 30 minutes. Pirates at 10:00 will be something like 45 minutes. I'm thinking overall your plan works, pretty much as written, if the park was a crowd level of 2 but since it's an 8 you'll need to be a bit more generous with wait times throughout. Have fun!

The crowds from MDW may flow little into these days. I suggest you reconsider some of your scheduled times. I think you may end up seeing that these activities will take a bit more time

Two things stick out to me. ADR at CM should negate standing in line for Minnie, Daisy, Goofy and Donald. Unless Daisy is critical.
Don't need to meet the characters twice, that is the beauty of a character meal!!
Eating at CHH is very close to the ADR time of a buffet breakfast.

Thanks so much for all your help. We haven't been in 10 years, so it's all basically new to me now! :)
