Had to bump this up because they are saying on NG that a dress was found near the airport that is similar to one Caylee wore. Tim Miller was upset that it was leaked to the press. He also said he was supposed to meet with the Anthony family and now Cindy is telling people she will not talk to Tim Miller anymore. I wonder if that is because Tim said he believes Caylee is dead and that made Cindy mad.

I pop in and out of this thread but forgive me. What is the incest theory? I am thinking that either dad or Casey's brother was the father but I am not sure this is what you are referencing. I wish we got more on this up north but we do not. Mostly what I get is when someone bumps this thread.

Of all the things I think Casey is capable of, I really seriously doubt she's having some sort of affair or relationship with her lawyer. I'm no lawyer myself, but I think having a sexual relationship with a client would be enough to get you disbarred for ethics violations.

Oh, I'm sure he hasn't fallen for any stories. But he is going to stand up and defend her in the media and in court, because that's his job. Truth be told, many defense lawyers will admit in private that most, if not all, of their clients are guilty as sin (one I know even called his clients "scumbags" to me). Their job is not to see justice served. Their job is to defend their client.

I think it has more to do with that he's openly criticized her and George for not being more supportive of Equisearch's efforts. IIRC, he's complained that they were very unresponsive and unhelpful, which naturally makes them -- and Casey -- look really bad.

Size 6 might be a tad big...depends on the brand....new or has it been washed and shrunk over time...DD is tall..she is 2yrs 4 mths and wears a 4T..So Caylee was almost 3...I say a possibility.

Indicted by Grand Jury! No bond! I can't wait until 5 to see this - A Fox Orlando reporter said that she will show video at 5 that shows her news crew following Cindy & Casey from JB office after indictment, Cindy trying to "shake" them by driving in circles in a shopping center parking lot, then getting out of the car and walking over to their window and yelling at them, then traveling on Simpson Rd, getting on Boggy Creek Rd., stopping under a bridge, Casey jumping in a dark SUV (later reported to be deputy, so turning herself in), then Cindy blocking the road so no one could follow. Cindy then went home, put the garage door down. Reporter says she hasn't seen George at home at all today.

Caylee weighed about 50 pounds. DD weighed that at age 8 and she wore a 6 or 6X.
