There was no interview shown with the Anthony family on 20/20 tonight. Just facts about the case and home videos/pics.

The comments posted about Cindy saying "I've given you a month" really mean nothing. Casey was gone for a month, that's enough time for her to search for Caylee and Cindy was calling the police because she wasn't going to allow another day to go by. It doesn't mean she KNEW Caylee was missing.

Thank you for clarifying the 20/20 interview. I am happy to see that 20/20 has picked this up; 20/20 = more exposure about finding Caylee.

I do have to respectfully disagree with you about Cindy's comments on the 911 calls.

geez, at this point....the only person who KNOWS anything is Casey....no one can know what anyone else means when then make any kind of comment....who knows what Cindy knows....I just think there are so many lies out there...this is a new one though! They held her down??? Wonder when she thought that one up?!

LP was just on Greta saying Casey said Zenaida and her sister Samantha held her down and took Caylee from her...they gave her a "script" to tell the cops if she ever wanted to see Caylee again.

If you listen to her voice in those tapes, she is VERY distraught! I don't think that's the voice of someone who already knew her grandchild was missing. If you watch the home videos, she was a very loving grandmother behind that video camera. She may be acting like a wackjob now, but like they said on 20/20, there is no playbook on how to act when your grandchild goes missing.

Apparently this supposed ZG has three kids that helped with the kindnapping and someone on Websleuths said there was a myspace page at one point for ZG that did have three grown kids. That board moves wayyy to fast though so I can't keep up.

The thing is, if Zenaida and her sis Samantha took Caylee and coached Casey what to say or they would hurt Caylee, I'm sure they didn't tell her to mention Zenaida's name. Did I make sense there? And there are hundreds of Zenaida Gonzolas. With all the other lies Casey has told I can't imagine believing anything she says and for Cindy, she's sticking up for her. For one thing even though there is no playbook, she is mainly covering up what she knows now.

I posted this way back, but this is my theory on possibly how Casey came up with the name Zenaida Gonzalez.

On June 10, a lady who writes an online column called "Working Moms with Zenaida Gonzalez" on the website brevardcountymoms wrote about having her office broken into. (She is in Melbourne, about 45min- 1 hour from Orlando)

The started my Monday morning by walking into a crime scene. When I arrived at my office I found out it had been robbed over the weekend. Most of the computers and other gadgets were gone.

Luckily no one was hurt and other than having to fill out a lot of paperwork no one is worse for the wear.

However, I'm a paranoid mama. I have pictures of my daughter and husband all over the office. My name is on my office door and our administrator's office has all employee home address and phone number on her desktop. Don't think social security numbers were compromised, but I'm not taking any chances. I'm in the processes of flagging my credit.

It's one thing to feel like someone has come in and taken you for a ride, taking anything of value. Luckily I don't keep many personal in my office other than picture, some snacks and Tylenol. But I'm worried about my home since my daughter is in the picture. Someone is always home so at least that's something.

Am I being too paranoid? I can't imagine how I would feel if our home had been robbed. I feel bad enough with my office. Any advice for a jittery mother?

JMO but I think Casey or the people she was around was involved in this somehow - if she got one of the computers that were stolen she might have had all kinds of info about Zenaida Gonzalez.

Later that poor Zenaida Gonzalez posted on the site that she was not the Zenaida Gonzalez who was the supposed babysitter, etc., and hoped that Caylee came home soon. BUT I wonder if unknowingly she was the ZG name for Casey to use because of that break in.

The FBI profiler made a comment that made sense to me...Casey makes up her own little word every day and believes it.

I was somehow impress with the 20/20 show. They were not just one sided. They showed all the facts out there. I like the interviewer(cannot think of her name) saying but how can she act like this when her child is missing. I am a mom and I do not understand.

Casey is a sociopath however, she does exhibit many traits of an abuse victim.

I hope that isn't the case but nothing about this story would shock me.

You are right. I know there is more to the story than meets the eye and I keep looking to the men in her family as potential suspects. Maybe it is b/c I work with so many kids that have been abused that I am sensitized to it.
I guess the question is better asked is she a sociopath or has she been tramatized and is exhibiting this behavior?

I may have missed this in previous posts, but last night on 20/20 they said the hair and the stain in the trunk of the car were Caylee's and proved she was dead. However, they can't arrest Casey for the murder because they can't prove she was in the car at that time. Why can't they just bring her in and question her for hours, days, whatever it takes?? Someone on there also said she won't say anything unless it directly benefits her. There has to be a way they can be as manipulative as she is to get this out of her. And are her parents really believing her lies? Last night just broke my heart. Even DD was amazed her own Mom didn't know where she was for a month before telling anyone.

I watched the 20/20 special- I thought it was fair and not one sided. LE can't just bring casey in for questioning;meaning they can bring her in w Jose; but she won't be answering any questions. And it sounds like there isn't enough evidence for an indictment-yet.

20/20 was a joke last night - the only new thing I heard was that now supposidly LE KNOWS that Caylee is dead - I don't think I've heard anything that bold before last night.
I thought they were suposed to interview the Anthoys - what happened to that - did they just take their $1,000,000 and run, or what???

Chiming in for the first time on this thread, but I have read the entire thing....

With everything that we know, go back and listen to again the first call from Casey to her mom in the jail right after she was arrested. Cindy sounds so much more concerned and even tells Casey how she's lied. It is also very chilling how Casey sounds on the phone too. All she cared about was talking to her boyfriend.
