I haven't seen any news coverage on this, just what I read here just now, but I will say this...in these cases it's ALWAYS the parent(s). ALWAYS! Not once has one of these cases, where there is something suspicious, turned out not to be the parents' doing. At least not any I have been aware of. Not reporting your 2 year old missing for a month?? I no longer have a child that young BUT at age 2 I would have reported them missing after 5 minutes of not knowing where they were or who they were with!!! Seriously, she saw something on TV that convinced her not to call the cops? YEAH RIGHT! She killed that poor baby, as sure as I'm sitting here. I hope I'm wrong but I know she has to be gone, rest in peace sweet little girl.

And I do feel for the grandparents, I'm sure they were probably more parents to her than grandparents with an irresponsible mother like that. They are probably good people who just don't have a clue and raised a monster, not on purpose but through not having the skills to do a better job. I pray every day to never be that kind of parent, and to have the strength and wisdom to do the right thing even if it's hard, so my kids grow up to be good parents someday. It sickens me how some people treat their kids! Ok off my soapbox now, I just get sick to my stomach when I read about these cases and then angry as hell when I read about the parents acting like they are not involved and it's no big deal. Pure evil.
