Juliegirl1 said:One thing that I do in the evenings is roll a tennis ball or other softish but firm ball under my feet. I put lots of pressure down on the ball and it helps to stretch out your arch again and feels really good. My podiatrist suggested I do this when I had plantar fascitis and although I don't have problems with that anymore I still do the ball trick, especially after a long day on my feet.
