Ok Guys, I have narrowed it down from hundreds, to 22, to 9!! Here are the places I am looking into, please give me feedback if you have stayed in any of these. If this is not the place to post this, please forgive me, I am new to this forum, thanks!!

Wolfie, I am going to be honest with you from my perspective only. As I have know these boards their function is not to plan your vacation or choose where you stay. I think folks here have tried to help with most of your questions and concerns. You have your final 9 and it sounds like you have researched them in great depth based on your previous posts about questioning the homeowners.
IMHO it is time to take the big plunge, pick one and then have a wonderful fun time on vacation. People have loved and enjoyed Disney from just single motel rooms for years. You have no doubt picked some very very nice homes among your final 9 and it is hard to believe that any one of them could put a damper on your vacation.

Time to sit back, relax, pick one, and take the adulations from our family when they see what all your hard work has done to make their vacation special...

Now that you have it narrowed down, only you can really pick one. Start looking at the rentals with a discriminating eye. Make a list of pros and cons - things like bed size and configuration, numbers of TVs and DVD players, additional amenities such as video games and baby furniture if required, floor plan, location to the community pool, furniture style preferences, tile vs. carpeting, payment options (credit card, Paypal, personal check...), amount of security deposit required, positive feedback from previous renters, the general vibe you got from communication with the owners...
Once you do that, I think you will have narrowed it down even further and you can take the final plunge.

I agree that only you can pick. That being said we are renting from vacationcentralflorida in the fall and I can say they have truly been very, very professional and accommodating. I actually switched from one townhouse to another and there wasn't a single glitch in the switch . I, personally, feel like I'm going with peace of mind in dealing w/ professional people.

Whichever you choose I'm sure you will have a great time!!!

Well, I took the plunge can chose Vacation Central Florida and I am pretty sure I made the right decision, both Dave and John have been great and I have been happy so far, will let you know how it all turns out!

We are here at WH right now and rented our 3BR condo through vacationcentralflorida. It was so easy and the whole rental experience has been great. Lovely condo & resort amenities. You'll like it here.

Just wanted to say that we've rented from vacationcentralflorida twice now and we've had excellent experiences both times. The management folks are wonderful to work with and the resort is very nice. I really don't think you will be disappointed. Please post again after your trip and let us know how you liked that particular townhome. My family is considering that one for a future trip and we'd love to hear from someone who has actually stayed in it. Have a great trip.
