We made all of our ADR & got exactly what we wanted. The problem is another person is coming. Our ADR are for 10 people, but we will now need them for 11 people. Do we dare just show up with an extra person?:confused3 What to do???

You call them ASAP and try to change all the ADRs to 11 people. IF they can't do that, you keep the ADR for 10 and just show up with 11.

Chances are that they can just put another chair at the table. However, there are issues regarding maximum occupancy of the room and access to the exits which are controlled by the fire marshall--so they can't always allow another person, even if that person is an infant in a high chair. At peak dining times, they do get into total occupancy situations.

these are the ADR's we made in April for Me :cool1: and DH :hippie: , this week my Sisternlaw & brother-n-law (who live in Daytona ) thought it would be nice to join us for a few dinners, as they did last year. They called in with our ADR number and are going to Rose & Crown, Nine Dragons and San Aangle so far, But I would suggest you do call in and add one person. Also we are DDP and they are OOP and there was no problem with that just seperate checks.:thumbsup2

I had the same problem on our recent trip. My DH invited my SIL and her DD to join us on our trip. Our original ressies were for a party of 5 (Me, DH, DD, DS and MIL). When I called to change the ressies, I had a hard time and was only able to change one of them by taking an earlier sitting. I decided I'd let Concierge help when we checked into the hotel.

Well, Concierge couldn't find another table for 7 for any of my ressies (instead of the original 5); However, she told me to just show up a little early for the ressie and tell them I had two additional guests. She stated we'd might have to wait a tad longer than usual, but should be accomodated. Well, it worked. We had no problem getting in and only had to wait at one of the restaurants for about 15 minutes after checking in.

Also, our last night ressie was at O'Hanas. We ended up getting a window table looking straight at Cindy's Castle!! It was magical. If we had lingered over dessert just a few minutes longer, we would have seen the fireworks from our table...ended up seeing them as we walked back to our room. pixiedust:
