OK...I just got accepted to the DCP, but then I suddenly realized that my dream might not become true after all....

I'm currently taking 1 class at my county college just so I could do the disney college program...
However I've been very busy with work and other things that I basically already missed too many classes and am withdrawing from the class....

This would mean that I don't get a grade for the class, so does that mean I wont be able to do the college program? ugh, please give me a positive answer.

You are going to have to take this response with a grain of salt because I am honestly not sure if it is true or not. That being said I think you might be fine. If you have already been accepted they have already checked that you are enrolled. I don't think they check again. I have heard before that they sometimes don't even check to see if your enrolled. They assume you are being honest. Maybe someone else who knows more can chime in. But I think you might be ok.

The only thing is, it says on the website some colleges you need to have a certain GPA or credit hours, etc....

so if they check that and realize that I have 0 credit hours then I'm doomed...

The part of some colleges require this or that is between you and your college - it is sort of a disclaimer that they are putting out there.

Domestic Disney Internships and Programs opportunities, including the Disney College Program, are meant to be supplements to one's post-secondary education, not a subsitute for general employment with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc.

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts College Recruiting communicates a list of accepted students to contacts at each educational institution each semester. If the institution indicates that a listed student is ineligible, in accordance with it's established guidelines, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. resreves the right to revoke the offer of employment.

In the end, it is up to each institution to verify that a student is eligible for a DI&P opportunity. To learn more about your school's requirements for such programmes, consult an Academic Advisor or other staff member.

I'd get in touch with them ASAP and be upfront about what happened and ask to be changed to the CareerStart Program. If you graduated high school within the last 48 months, you would be eligible.

It is similar to the CP, but you don't have to be enrolled in school.

I think this may be a better option than hoping that it isn't caught. If it gets to that point, they may not be so willing to work with you on any alternatives.
