Please help me decide!

Last night, while watching TV, my husband said "Let's go to WDW for vacation!". The dates would be June 13-18. We could stay @ Yacht club @ WDW 4 nights/tickets/transport/ meal plan for about $3700. OR stay @ PBH 4 nights/tickets/transport for $1700 (so, no food included). There are 4 of us, so the food would probably be around $1000 total. The airfare would of course be the same.

Any thoughts? We've been to both within the last 3 years. Also, we like to "settle in" so going to both isn't an option. Would one be significantly less crowded than the other?

With the ages of your children I would go to US/IOA. By the time my kids hit their teens/tweens they really weren't all that interested in WDW anymore. They can name all the rides they're reallly interested in on one hand (ToT, RnR, SM, EE and Dinosaur).

I think you will really like how close everything is and so easy to get around within Universal. You don't have to wait for hours to catch a bus from one park to the hotel and IOA and the Studios are right beside each other. Plus...you can pool hop and not to mention the unlimited Express access during your stay.

You don't even have to worry about US/IOA being crowded if you stay at PBH. You get unlimited FOTL remember?
