Please help me asap - fp+

Hi.
I am trying to make FP+ ressies today.
I have a DME account and so does my mom.
My mom purchased tickets for my dh and my son.

On my account, I can see and make FP+ selections for my mom, my dh and myself. I cannot make for my ds. My ds is on my mom's account and can see his ticket/MB left with 6 days from an old trip but with using the MB. When I go onto my mom's account, I can see my son's ticket. When I am on my DME, it says my son needs a valid ticket?

How can I make sure I see my ds's information on my DME account so I can make the FP+ right now. OR, would it be better to just go into my mom's account and do my ds and then do the rest of my family?

How come I can see everyone else but not my ds on my account? I thought I was "friends" with my mom.

I was trying to avoid calling them.
I think I have to invite my ds to be my friend from my mom's account.
Just did that but it says the Disney site encountering problems and to do again.

I do not love Disney's IT.

Does anyone think I am correct that my ds has to be my friend.
I'm inviting my son from my mom's account to be my friend on my account.

I just went back to my mom's account and now my ds is not even there any longer??

My ds's ticket now has been reassigned to me??? OMG this is just so not right and should be so much easier.
My ds had a MB/ticket from last year. He had 6 days left. He was always on my mom's account listing the 6 remaining days.
Now it says my name? I have a PAP.

On hold now for Disney. This should not happen.
