please help advise which days

I'm trying to configure our trip for this november. Im type A with planning but also it's our first trip to WDW so trying to make it as good as I can. Also, although it's only January, I have to make decisions re to booking flights.

It's a 10 night trip and I actually already have it booked (and park days reserved) but may tweak it a little.

My main question is would you rather go to magic kingdom on a Sunday or a Monday? I'm not sure if it matters.
Also, does it matter in any big way what day of the week to visit the other parks? Like, are there certain days of the week to try to avoid certain parks for crowd/show reasons?
I have my two itineraries but not sure if typing them all out matters.

day 2 monday: magic kingdom
day 3 tuesday: 1/2 day at Hollywood studios/Christmas party at magic kingdom
day 4 wednesday: rest day/pool/disney springs
day 5 thursday: animal kingdom
day 6 friday: epcot
day 7 saturday: hollywood studios
day 8 sunday: pool day/@ night go to Epcot for dinner and fireworks
day 9 monday: magic kingdom

alternate:
day 1 saturday: explore resort/disney springs
day 2 sunday: magic kingdom
day 3 monday: animal kingdom
day 4 tuesday: 1/2 day at Hollywood studios/Christmas party at magic kingdom

Sunday will probably have some sort of Christmas party or After Hours event. That may make the crowds slightly lighter in the morning at MK. Historically Mondays have been busy for MK I believe because lots of people start their trip there. With ten days you don’t have to stay rope drop to close. Do you have park hoppers?

no park hoppers. first time so staying put in each park. I posted our tentative schedule below.

Since you’re at Beach club for the last four days- may want to do Epcot and HS those days since you can walk or boat to both parks.

Make time to see Pandora in AK and Galaxy Edge at HS at night. They are definitely better at night.
