I want to book a Fireworks cruise for my Neice and her husband, but Im having one problem. I have done the MK one and it is so nice because the driver takes you around to see all the hotels and you even get to see the Electric water show, but When I called today to book for September, they dont even know if there are going to be fireworks that night. When I ask about the illuminations cruise thay tell me its the most popular, and it sells out quick, they have it for the date I want, but Ive never done that one before.

I was hoping someone or many people can help me choose. I need to know by tonite, because Im telling them about it as an engagement gift.

Thanks

Nathan

I guess that's one problem with WDW taking its time in setting the schedules and continually changing them. You have no clue as to whether there is fireworks at MK.

I haven't done the MK fireworks cruise, but the Specialty cruise to see Illuminations is really great. Before Illuminations, the captain will take you to MGM and back. It is a unique view of Illuminations. Go for it.

I have never been on any of the cruises but i have 1 booked on September 9th,it is the Illuminations cruise.we had to boo the Breathless because there were none of the regular pontoons availible.that maybe the way for you to go for them it is 169.00 or 179.00 instaed of the 120.00.i am so excited i booked because that is my little sisters 11th birthday and that will be my present to her and all of us can enjoy it to.:p

We have done the Epcot fireworks cruise twice and loved. There is thread on this board for finding another group to split the cost of a cruise. I would pass on the food for the cruise as an option unless you are doing a birthday party. We were next to a birthday party cruise and they had a great deal of fun.

The view of the fireworks is tremedous and you will definetly enjoy the expierence.

Have fun.

Hope I'm not chiming in too late. I booked an MK Fireworks cruise for July. I currently have 3 reservations. The CM recommended I book 3 nights in a row. She said this way, when the fireworks schedule is finalized I should end up with at least one night that works. Further, she recommended if there 2 nights of fireworks not to cancel the second cruise until the day before. If it rains fireworks are postponed.

I was a little uncomfortable doing this as it takes away from someone else, but she told me this is what they recommend to people all the time.

What a great gift!!

Good Luck
Sandy
