We are not the normal guests. We tend to do the abnormal things. Will you look at this and see if things are feasible-timing and such. YES we have 4 days at Epcot. We really like the park and tend to take our time spending a couple hours in each country. Honest opinions only please.

Sunday is an EMH that night for MK so it will get progressively more crowded. You can get a lot more done in the morning than what you have.

On your second MK day I would hit line building attractions early and then use FP+ for attractions as lines are building. Kind of decreases the value of FP+ when you use it during times with short standby.

I would do this. (giving you 1.5 hours at breakfast)

We chose to use a taxi, as I just don't feel comfortable driving in unfamiliar territory. Especially when I have to be somewhere at a certain time. I may still drive though.

WDW is extremely easy to get around with fantastic signage. Do you have a GPS? Even better.

For your first MK day: The schedule for Festival of Fantasy has not yet been confirmed for 3:00. There are rumors it may run at 4:00 and 6:30.

Those times will still fit in your schedule for the day... you may have to have a later dinner (*supper - sorry, I'm from California! ).

From Boardwalk, buses only go to parks or DTD. It may be just as quick to walk to DHS and catch the bus, or, take the boat from YC to DHS.

Also, it's safe to say that the Festival of Fantasy parade WILL be running by May, it's "scheduled" to start in mid March!!

I'd have to agree about driving over to DHS that morning, if you've got the car, why not use it?

I think your park days look pretty awesome, more go with the flow, lots planned, but not too much as you know you'll be coming back there later anyways.

Also I *think* that FOLK over in AK will be open by late May, keep that in mind if you want to check it out and maybe add it into your schedule, it's a beyond incredible show!!
