I've had a couple of huge things come up at work and have not had the time I need to pull together all the PM communication - but I promise it will be done in time for the first swappers!

Here's what we'll order - it's basically the same exact stuff as last year. I know I was impressed at how comfortable and easy to manage the chairs/umbrella were - and they seem to have held up throughout the swap.

I'm including a sand anchor for the umbrellas this year - and I have a feeling boogie-boards will get added. I know we'll add two when we go down.

I'm also still trying to figure out what to do for the CMs - I really love the Mickey arrangement at Edible Arrangements - but I need to call to see if they have a way to deliver. It looks like the cost will be around 12$ including a thank you basket for the CMs for helping with the logistics.

For first time swappers: Basically, we all pitch in a % of the cost of a beach set-up (chairs and umbrella). For security reasons, communication with "real" names will be done through PMs. You'll send me your first and last name, and a packet of labels will be sent to the resort along with the chairs/umbrellas. When you check in, you'll pick up the boxes containing everything from bell services. In the box, you'll find a package with the swap list and labels for each swapper. (The labels were not my idea last year but they ROCKED!!!) Before you leave, you'll just affix the next swapper's name to the boxes and give them back to bell services.

It works pretty smoothly - and I'll send everyone a copy of the swap list for their group and instructions along with the packet that will get stored in the box.

Thanks so much for all the enthusiasm and support for the swap! Last year's swap was so much smaller - but I know I appreciated having it!

We're getting close to the start of our swaps!!! (And none to soon - it's snowing in Atlanta this morning )

A HUGE thanks to everyone that has sent payment and responded. I still need confirmation and contact information from the swappers with names highlighted in blue. I'll try to PM the highlighted names again today. It may be that some of you have responded, but with so many swappers I'm having a hard time keeping my message box from filling up.
