Okay, I really don't understand this fastpass + thing. Can someone clear this up for me? First off we are staying offsite so that means we can't get any until 30 days right? Secondly, as of right now we plan to do a 6 day park plan, no hopping and no waterparks. I was thinking 2 days at MK, 2 days at Epcot, 1 day at DHS and 1 day at AK. We are a family of four, kids (14) and (6). We travel 10/24-10/31/15. I have not purchased my park tickets as of yet.

Thirdly, how many fastpass+ can we get at each park? Fourth, can we get more when we are in the parks say in the morning when there may still be some available for the day? Anything else any of you experts can add will be greatly appreciated. Sorry to sound so dumb, we haven't been there since 2010 when it was different. Thanks.

Yes, 30 days out.
3 fp for each day. Once you have used the 3rd fp, you can then get a 4th one. Once you have used the 4th one, you can get a 5th, and so on.

Correct. One day at a time after 30 days

Is there a question here? You will not be able to make FP+ selections until you have tickets.

Three (per person) at one park of your choosing.

You can get a 4th FP only in the park at a kiosk after you have used your first 3 (or the FP window has expired), then a 5th FP after your 4th has been used and so on...(of course this is all subject to availability)

The link posted is an excellent source for many if not all of your FP questions:

Yes, you initially make 3 FP+ for each day at the park you plan to visit for that day - so you'll be making 18 FP+ reservations at one time. After you have used the 3 FP or the time has passed on each of them, you can get a 4th. You go to a kiosk at the park and scan your ticket/band and it will show you what is available. You pick one (and it will show everyone in your party so you choose each person to assign the pass to). Then you go ride and go back to the kiosk, etc, etc, until you tire of riding or all passes are gone. It's really very simple once you do it one time.

They are offsite, so they will not be making 18 at once. They will only make 3 for each person 30 days out from each park day.

Think of it as an ADR for your rides.

You can select 3 rides per day at a given park and show up at that time. Basically, it's like the old fast pass system minus running around grabbing your paper fast passes.
