Playstation 4 or xbox 1?

Does anyone know where is the best place to get either one of these? My son hurt is ankle and is going to be laid up for a couple of months. bummer! He hasn't had one of these machines in a couple of years but with his injury he thought it might be a good idea to get one to help pass the time. Since we haven't purchased one in years I have no idea as to the best price or best game system. Thank you.

If your not in a super hurry to get one, i suggest heading over to slickdeals.net, set up an alert for PS4 and xbox1 and wait. Deals come out once in awhile though. It is getting close to black friday.

Also another good reason to wait is for PS4.5 to come out. im not sure when its coming out but that will be the lastest editon of the PS4.

Go to Slickdeals dot net and search for Xbox one or PlayStation 4 and you should find several at pretty good pricing. Currently I see some bundles (game system, controllers, and games) for around 300.00.

Do his friends play on either system? I would go with the one they all play so they can play together online.

You don't say how old your DS is, and how much he likes playing online with his friends. My DS is 18, and likes the XBox1 much more than the PS4. But of course, he has both, as some games are only on one of the systems and not the other. He does most of his playing online with friends on his XBox1.

I agree, it's a great time to look for both systems, as upgrades are coming for the holiday season. For either system, try to get the largest memory, or else you'll have to buy more memory later.

I vote Xbox One, but it really depends on the games your son wants to play. There are some good Xbox One deals right now.
