My daughter's favorite playground ever was the playground inside dumbo at magic Kingdom. But she also liked the slides finding Nemo playground at AOA, CB playground, ASMo playground and the dino playground at AK. Not really a playground but it did kind of feel like one....the journey of water exhibit at Epcot. Definitely loved.
Thanks. We stayed at AOA Cars last time and he loved the Cars theming, don't remember the Nemo playground. The Dumbo one was closed for some reason when we were in line for the ride, maybe this time. Can we use the CB playground if we're staying at OKW? Is the dino playground still open at AK? I heard it is closing soon.
It’s a little out of the way but Fort Wilderness has a great playground. My kids spend hours there. If you are staying at OKW you could take the MK bus and then the boat to FW. We usually stay at Copper Creek so hop over to Fort Wilderness. Usually have lunch or dinner at the quick service place and the kids spend a few hours running around on the playground. It would be a good option for a rest day with a 3 year old. Maybe combine the playground with the ponies rides or gem mining?
I wish the resorts and theme parks had more play areas. My kids love them. We haven’t been to AK lately but I know they would love the Boneyard. Hoping it’s not closing bc I wanted to finally go there next trip.

You can. The caveat being that you probably need to use Disney transportation to get there. I'm guessing parking may be an issue, since it's the Skyliner hub.
Just got back yesterday and my 3 year old boy LOVED the Boneyard in AK. It will likely close in the not too distant future, but isn't closed yet. We will miss it when it goes. My favorite WDW playground was the Honey I Shrunk the Kids area in DHS, but alas, that one is long gone.

Anyone can use the CBR playground. We first used it when we stayed at AOA. I personally wouldn't go all the way from OKW to CBR just for that playground tho. No theming and gets hot. But it is on an island which is cool. But if on the skyliner it would be a good combo with QS primo lunch (which also has good toddler food but also good adult food)
At the parks, my son loves the playground inside Dumbo and the outdoor playground at Epcot (across from Test Track). At the resorts, the playgrounds are kind of paltry, but I think he enjoyed the one at Riverside the best

This is the correct answer. Plus I believe it's the only playground on Disney property with a walk-up bar right next to it. It's a win win for both parents and kids
The outdoor playground at Epcot was my 4yo GD's absolute favorite place. Months later, she was still describing this park that she really wanted to go back to.
