Platinum / Gold AP - Expiration Date is Wrong on MDE

On November 29, 2015 I bought an AP. MyDisneyExperience has the ticket linked but it says it expires on September 29, 2016. Anyone know what's going on?

Also, I thought I bought the DVC Gold AP but MDE says I have a Platinum pass.

The tickets worked fine while I was in WDW 11/29-12/4. I used the AP for the first time on 11/30.

I'm going to call Member Services tomorrow anyway to make a reservation for the DVC party in the Magic Kingdom. I'll ask about the ticket.

Has anyone else had this happen?

ETA: I just noticed that the 5 days I had left on a non-expiring Water Parks and More ticket are no longer listed on MDE under my linked tickets. They were there a month ago. DH's Water Parks+ passes are not listed under his name either. What gives?

I had the same thing happen. I bought a dvc annual pass in september. I used it the first time in mid-november and looked yesterday and it showed an expiration date of mid-september. I freaked as we have an October trip planned. I called the annual pass number and they transfered me to the ticket dept and fixed it pretty quick.

The mydisexperience.com has a list of contact numbers....I'd try the direct ticket number.

Did you buy the annual pass at a ticket window? It would be valid when it was activated, not when it was first used. That's the difference between buying in person and buying online.

Did you use another ticket to upgrade/bridge to the annual pass. In that case, the expiration date should be the date that ticket was first used.

But, since the date is so far before you bought the annual pass, it's probably a mistake that you can have corrected if you call.

Now, the No-Expiration ticket may be a bigger issue. Did you have Guest Relations "prioritize" the tickets in your account before you used the annual pass. It's possible that they used the tickets first instead of the annual pass. That's going to be more difficult to get fixed.

I upgraded a 7 day park-hopper to a gold pass in October and MDE was showing the date I bought (not used) the original ticket as the pass expiration date. I was also able to speak with ticketing and they fixed it.
