Does anyone have a planning template or a link to one? I would like it to have space to include our reservations/adrs/fp+ as well as scheduled events like parades. I googled and saw pics of a few great ones but can't find an actual template. Me and excel don't like to get along.

I have one that I did in Word using a table but I also have one that I did using InDesign. I"m happy to share if you'd like. Just let me know.

I got mine from **************.net It has all the important stuff. I put it in my dropbox so I can access from anywhere including my smartphone. ::yes::

Could you share with me? I like word and my granddaughter has a tablet. What is InDesign? Can you send that also? We have a Mac and a Toshiba laptop. I'll PM my email. Thank You so much, I am bad with computers!

Here's a link to my own planning spreadsheets. They are not meant as a detailed planner. But more overview planning and schedule tracking. Some things are automated, some you will need to know excel to properly modify.

hmmm I guess tiny URL is blocked. Use this link:

There are macros in one of the spreadsheets, so you might get a security warning. Up to you if you want to trust it or not.

Wow your speadsheet put mine to shame. thanks for sharing!!

I use Excell as well so can play with my columns and row easily.
I can send if it needed. Just Pvt message me.

I just have columns for each day. Rows set up showing park hours, TP crowd rating, ADRs, parades and fireworks for all parks.

I put a Disney planning spreadsheet template on Google Docs, just search for Disney planning.

A few things you should know to make good use of my spreadsheets:

1. On the tour creator, if you put a time in proper format (ie 10:15 AM) in the time column, you can sort by time.

2. A lot of the show/parade times were the same of multiple days in a row during my days at the park. To save space, I merged those cells. You can "un merge" them by selecting the cell and clicking "Merge and Center" on the tool bar.

3. On the budgeting page, you have to set Qty column to "1" (or more) in order to get it to calculate correctly. Leaving it blank wont work properly.

WOW... I thought I was detailed... I broke down food by price per person...but my obsessive compulsive planning side LOVES what you've done here...

heheh. Its really just a place to copy all the good info you find online. I got really tired of continuously returning to the same websites to find information, that I had already looked up.

I am having trouble enabling the spreadsheet to let me change the data. Any ideas?

sometimes up at the top it shows as locked and you have to say "enable edit mode".

Alos, if you opened it directly from the ZIP file, that might not be ideal. Save the zip file to your harddrive and unzip it.
