Planning Session Question

when can planning sessions be done. Are they only Mon-Friday and lets say a holiday falls during the week are they still open?

And how long does a PS usually last - is it a full day a few days?

I was told it was Mon-Friday but there seems to always be someone around on the weekends. My planning session/site visit took about 8 hours. I guess you could break up the site visit and planning session into two days but I just wanted to get it all over with in one day.

Don't know about weekends but my planning session is on Columbus Day and I had no problems getting that date.

My planning session was over the phone...so sad ...and it was only an hour. Got everything done though!
