Last week I was able to book a studio savannah view in Jambo House for three nights in November :cool1:
I invited two of my cousins, they are also my best friends :) , and they both said yes for sure! This will be without the husbands and kids:cool1:

So, besides dinner in Jiko one night, I'm wondering what we can do. I am a disneyholic, proudly:goodvibes , but they aren't and don't really care about going into the parks. One cousin would LOVE Cirque, (I travelled to Vegas last August with her and we saw Cirque Love - it was great!), but the other cousin has no interest, she's more of a broadway play type of girl as opposed to "performance" type shows.

One thing I think I really want to look into is a day at the Spa at Saratoga Springs, but I need ideas for two nights.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I know you said they're not into parks but my friends and I had the best time wandering around the pavilions at Epcot. We tried different foods, had a glass of wine in France, loved dinner at Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion and really enjoyed the market shops and street performers. It was a lazy walk over to the UK Pavilion for a tea and then we listened to British Invasion band. We didn't do any rides at all. Stayed in the World Showcase.

And the Segway tour was beyond fun. Can't tell you how much we loved it.

I would pick a park and go anyway. There's something about the Magic! Enjoy!

You can always do the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue at the Wilderness Campground. I always enjoy the show.......:cool1:

Sounds like a fun trip!!! I am trying to get two friends to do that with me for the fall.

The Spa at SSR sounds awesome - haven't been there yet. What about Jellyrolls and the Boardwalk - would they like that? About DTD and shopping? Oh my gosh, so much Disney so little time. Cali. Grill for Wishes? I also think they would like the parks.

Have fun, let us know your plans so I can live vicariously through you!!!

If it's early enough in November, I would 2nd the vote for Epcot. The Food & Wine Fest would be going on and it's great fun to waalk the area and sample the different food and drink offerings.

It's planned for November 8th, 3 nights. I do think I will be looking into when FWF is and what "event's" are planned. I don't think I'd go with them just to walk around for a taste here and there, I've done that for the last few years, and it never seems like anything extra ordinary is happening. I think if we do go this route for a day, I'll book one of the special happenings....and it was a good suggestion. Thanks!

I also think Jellyrolls is a great idea, maybe dinner in Flying Fish or Yachtsman Steakhouse and then Jellyrolls, that's also a good suggestion.

Matter of fact, I can actually draw up an itinerary right here and now:thumbsup2

Day One: Check in, hang out by the pool, hang out on the savannah view balcony, go to the lounge for one of those antioxidant yummy drinks:goodvibes , and have dinner in Jiko.

Day Two: Go into Epcot for F&W (if it's still happening), or a "tour" and some pavillion exploration. Have dinner in one of the restaurants, stay for Illuminations pixiedust:

Day Three: SPA DAY - WOO HOO. Then Yachtsman for Dinner, or Flying Fish, than JELLYROLLS!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Day Four: Check out day.....breakfast at BOMA! Shopping in the store in AKL :cheer2: (my fav on site store) and head for the airport.

OMG - you guys are soooo the best:grouphug:
