Planning out shows in EPCOT

The thread about the performers in EPCOT got me to thinking that I'd really like to see more of them this time around. My kids are older. When I went to the Steve Soares site I noticed that Sounds Like Summer will be going on while we're there with the band that plays Eagles music. Cool! I've never been to those concerts - I see it's in the world showcase but I'm not sure where. Has anyone ever been to those? Is it worth it to head back over for the concerts? What is it like?

Also - if anyone has tips about the best way/best order to catch the shows in the afternoon, I'm all ears. I'm thinking that Off Kilter, Voices of Liberty/American Experience, and World Showcase Players are our top choices - but really we'd love to see as much as we can. Luckily - we have 2 EPCOT days this time around!

I found a map and see the Summer concerts are at the American amphitheater - yea! But would still love to hear about strategies and recommendations for order of catching shows, etc. thanks!

Just look at the times scheduled on the Soares site and make a list of what order fits their timings.

Allow at least 15 min. to walk between the shows (unless they are at side-by-side pavilions.)

It's good you have 2 Epcot days because many of the entertainers are not there 7 days a week. The online schedule for my May trip is not complete yet, but it has filled in some since I first looked. I know Off Kilter is not there every day.

Pick up the weekly times guide as you enter Epcot. It will list the show times for the entertainment.

Keep in mind that each show (France, UK, China, Japan, etc.) length is different. When I first started going to WDW, I found it very helpful to join Touring Plans to get the exact times of each of these shows. That information may be available elsewhere, but that's where I found it.

Then, like a previous poster said, plan for about 10-15 minutes travel between each country in the World Showcase, so if one show is in one country, and the next one you want to see is three countries away (see map:)) then you have to factor in the walking time to get there.

Enjoy! :wave2:
