Planning help - 1 day at WDW between Christmas/New Year's

After just looking at a map: in CR is the quieter area on the 2nd floor of the main building, or the convention center building? I'm def. leaning towards CR.

I would to to the 2nd floor of the main building. If you walk past the Cali Grill check in desk and go down the hall, there are ballrooms and meetings rooms down there.

That’s what I’m wondering too, because everywhere I see shows it still as VQ. I found Disneyland went to standby on the 10th, but wdw/mk still has it listed as vq only on the website and in-app.

My head is spinning planning ADRs, enchanting extras and LLs. My booking window opens soon. I can’t move a single ADR, but can find new ones (even saw Space220 for 12/25 for 5)!! I guess I’m not alone struggling to fit LLs around ADRs.

Today Tiana’s is VQ only!! I did purchase LLMP for both full MK days and thankfully chose Tiana

Tiana is standby only during after hour events. There are no after hour events starting 12/21 until Jan 6 so things may change temporarily. I would double check the night before.

Tiana is standby only and they turn off the canons that create the splash in colder weather (Thank goodness) as it’s forecasted to be cold over Christmas (was hoping for upper 70s and pool time):

It sounds like you don't have a date-based ticket, so you'll want to make sure to make your park reservation.

I've currently got the reservation for AK! Thank you for the reminder/tip (as that can throw some people off!).
