Planning another magical 5th birthday

Today we went on a little trip to the Disney store in downtown Salt Lake City for the first time. We live about halfway between the two stores but have only been to the one in Provo.
This Disney store was really cool.
They had a little coloring table set up for kids with cartoons going.

They also had a big castle play area.

So, why did we take this unplanned trip to the Disney store???

Because after my calling both stores every day today we finally got the answer I was hoping for. A shipment of four Anna dolls had come in.
We RACED downtown (about 25 minute drive) and then spent a few minutes trying to find the mall and then the store.
And finally....

WE GOT IT!!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

That looks exactly like the set up at one of our Disney stores, the mirror in the castle is magic too, if you wave a wand in front if it ;)

Congrats on the Anna doll! Yippee!!!

Wooooooooo!!!!!! party:

Nice job!!!!

Thanks! We were so excited. Of course the girls have no idea what I am saving them for... but they were excited nonetheless.

Ah. I had no idea the mirror was magic. We will have to go back to that one again and try it out!

Anna doll!! Yay!

Yeah. I don't think we have ever made it out of the house so fast as we did when she said, "Yes. We have four. But hurry they will go fast. "

FINALLY!!! YAY!!!

So happy you finally found them!!!

Me too! Thanks!

I spent the last few days making the Frozen shoes for the girls. I am so pleased with them. They were definitely more challenging than the other shoes I have done. But they were so much fun to make. There is a pair for Maddy too but they are identical to these so I am only posting Abi's.
Here they are:

Yes. I have!:rotfl: It is so hard to explain why it is addicting. But it really is.
Thanks! The girls do love them. I hope it helps with the fun experience meeting A&E. Now just have to hope that I get those fast passes!

Ooooh! Those shoes are great! Well done! :thumbsup2

So nice to have fun Disney crafts to do to pass the waiting time and stay in the Disney spirit!

You did a great job on the shoes!!! I wish i could wear shoes like that but sadly i cannot with my knees. I can't wear stuff like that!

I would do those in a minute!!!

I need to get back into my Dis planning! Hopefully over the next few days I will get some trip updates and our last movie nights...
But I have been a little preoccupied.
It turns out that I *might* be going to Europe next spring. Doug felt like I should be able to go somewhere I have always dreamt about because he gets to go to all his gaming conventions with his friends. (something I love that he is able to do).
So I said I think I want to go to Europe.
And he said you should see if your mom can go with you.
I called her and she got all excited too.
So I have pretty much been obsessed with talking to her and researching a million things. We probably won't know for sure until toward the end of the year if we will be able to do it for sure but I want to have the whole trip planned out before then so we will know for sure what we would be doing and what the cost would be.
We will probably fly into London. Then we will explore London and Scotland. Ride the train to Paris and explore that area. Ride a train to Amsterdam just in time to see the tulips. Catch a train to Frankfurt Germany. Then from there rent a car to drive down the "Romantic Road". Ending that with visiting the black forest and Neuschwanstein. Then going over to Austria. Riding a train into Switzerland. And then flying home. It would be 2 to 2.5 weeks at the beginning of April.
I am soooo hoping this happens!
And it is always fun to have more trips to plan.
