Hi all,
I haven't been on this page for quite a while... ever since our first land/ sea cruise in May 2001. However we do Disney once a year.
My first experienec was only a 3 day cruise with my disabled daughter and my mom... but now I am GETTING MARRIED in May 2004. (Bye-Bye Single motherhood!!!) We have decided to forgo our honeymoon as we have many people coming from all over the world and would like to spend some time with them. He turns 40 as well March 2004 and wanted to go away for it but..... the wedding has made that a bit impossible. Sooooo we have decided to go on a Disney Cruise for our first wedding anniversary with our DD and possibly my mom.
We will book a verandah room again that is accessible and get my mom an inside stateroom and save some $$$.

The Oceaneer's Club was great with my DD who is wheelchair dependent and non-verbal. they allowed her to stay in the group without an adult and be with the kids. She was however only 4 and I am wondering if the will be ok with her as she will be 8 years old then!

We also don't know whether to do the 3 day land/ 4 day cruise or the full 7 day cruise and then spend a couple of days in WDW on our own!

Any advice? Opinions? Ideas?

Ok. I'll give you my opinion. Since your last cruise was only a 3 day cruise I would say go for the 7 night cruise. I'm sure you all will enjoy it very much and everything will work out fine.
Congratulations on your wedding. I wish you the very best.:sunny:
