Planner for kids

Hello creative people. Years ago I went to Disneyland and had awesome shirts. I planned the whole trip and it was so much fun. This time, before planning it all and making reservations, spreadsheets and itineraries I want to ask my kid for their input. Like what food, characters and rides they most want to experience. I was looking for a planning sheet I could give them that might be more fun than just a notebook paper but I only saw planners for moms. Has anyone made something like this? What questions should I ask the kids. I think I will have to show them options so they can remember what they liked. I just really want their input now that they are older.
