Planet Hollywood included in Dining Plan?

I was checking on "all ears" just now and noticed that Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney is on the list of restaraunts accepting the dining plan? Has anyone used the plan there and if so, how was it? Also, has Rainforest Cafe closed at Animal Kingdom? Thanks for the help.

When we were there in August, Planet Hollywood was on the dining plan. The food was really good, however the service was very slow. No it wasnt busy. We had reservations for 12:30 it took us till 2:30 before we were done. Not sure about the Rainforest Cafe in Animal kingdom.

Rainforest was open when we were there earlier this month. They are not on DDP however (neither is the DDT location).

PH was one of our better meals on DDP. It was DH & 2DD, ages 5&2. We split appetizers & dinner w/them & desserts. I love the LA LASAGNA & so did 2 year old. Appetizers were big (got potato skins & wings). Best selection of appetizers IMHO. Choc dessert was wonderful too! Again too much food.

Thank you for the feedback. I think we will plan on eating at PH when we go to DD the first day we are there.
